1. Acceptance of Community Bylaws
By residing at SS Linden, whether as an owner, tenant, or visiting guest, you agree to adhere to the Haryana Registration and Regulation of Societies Act and the registered bylaws of SS Linden RWA.
2. Residential Use & Peace
Residences in SS Linden are solely designated for residential occupancy. Commercial activities causing customer footfall, industrial manufacturing, or hostel/guest house operations are strictly prohibited.
3. Speed Limits & Parking Guidelines
The maximum speed limit on internal society roads is strictly 15 km/h. Vehicles must be parked solely within designated basement or surface bays assigned to the specific flat. Parking on common driveways, ramps, or emergency fire lanes is subject to clamping.
4. Noise Regulations & Balcony Etiquette
In accordance with civic guidelines, loud music, balcony construction drilling, and high-noise gatherings are prohibited after 10:00 PM. Residents are requested to exercise care to prevent water or plant debris falling from balconies onto lower floors.
5. Common Amenities & Clubhouse
The swimming pool, gymnasium, multi-purpose sports court, and clubhouse lawn are shared community treasures. All residents must adhere to posted dress codes, hygiene rules, and booking guidelines available at the RWA Secretariat.
