This Privacy Policy explains how the SS Linden Resident Welfare Association (“RWA”, “we”, or “our”) collects, maintains, and safeguards information collected through our community portal (sslindenrwa.com), gate security check-in kiosks, and resident registers.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information strictly necessary for security verification and society administration:

• Homeowner and tenant registration details (Name, Tower & Flat number, Contact number, Email address).
• Vehicle registration details for RFID windshield tags and automated gate boom barrier entry.
• Visitor check-in logs recorded by security personnel at Gate 1 and Gate 2.
• Grievance and maintenance ticket submissions sent to the facility management desk.

3. How Data is Used & Protected

Resident data is never sold, leased, or monetized for commercial marketing. It is utilized exclusively for:

• Verifying authorized access into the residential campus.
• Notifying residents of water, power, or lift maintenance schedules.
• Broadcasting emergency circulars and AGM notifications.
• Resolving facility maintenance complaints and grievance tickets.

4. CCTV & Perimeter Surveillance

CCTV surveillance footage from perimeter roads, basements, and elevator foyers is archived on secured local servers with restricted access granted only to authorized security supervisors or law enforcement authorities upon official written notice.
